Pat has more than 20 years experience in the education sector – everything from feasibility studies to master planning; including the design of specialist buildings such as sports halls and science and technology classrooms to completely new build schools.

He also has considerable experience in adapting Listed buildings and buildings within conservation areas, as well as creating bespoke new build houses or sensitively extending existing properties.
