A new 7 classroom primary school in South Gloucestershire with playing field, sports hall and church centre on site. Situated in an area of new housing it was necessary to incorporate a sustainable drainage system within the design to reduce rainwater surcharging. The building also has acoustically attenuated passive and natural ventilation to reduce the impact of noise from a motorway that runs along one side of the site. (courtesy of Nealon Tanner Architects)
