Quinquennial Inspections

We are approved architects and surveyors for quinquennial inspections within the Diocese of Bath and Wells, Bristol, Exeter, London, Salisbury, Winchester and Worcester. We are responsible for a number of Parish Churches within each of these Diocese including Grade I, II* and II Listed Buildings. We also carry out work for Baptist, Methodist, Catholic and URC groups. Each quinquennial inspection includes a thorough visit followed by a detailed written report that offers practical and easy to comprehend advice on repairs required over the next 5 years. We are sensitive to the needs of our clients and their churches, we actively seek sensible ways of looking after the church with the least possible expense.
