Wycliffe College - Stonehouse
Pat Benjamin has been involved with work at this school for a number of years. His work included a new dining hall and an extension to the school sports centre, three new boarding houses and upgrading the staff accommodation. The dining hall is set alongside a Listed building and traditional materials and forms were used to give a distinctive and modern look to mark the school entrance. The new boarding houses provided the extra accommodation required to meet the schools growing popularity. Designed around courtyards, overlooking the school cricket pitch, they create a sense of community at the heart of the school (courtesy of Nealon Tanner Architects).
