Martock Market House Award

benjamin + beauchamp architects were awarded the 2009 RIBA Community Award for the Martock House, Martock.

This project has innovatively restored and converted Martock’s 18th Century Market House, in the centre of the town, into a modern Community Office.

The new building provides full access to a range of information, rejuvenating the role of the Market House as a civic building.
